Always efficient and quality work Thanks

They took my vehicle in with no appointment and took care of it. My vehicle needed a new battery and died out in their parking lot.

I’m writing to you because I’m pretty frustrated with how the recent warranty work on my 2022 Suburban Z71 was handled. I’ve been a loyal Chevy owner since 2003, so I’ve seen a lot of service departments over the last 20+ years, but this experience really missed the mark. To start, the communication was confusing. I talked to three different people, and for most of the two weeks you had the vehicle, I wasn't even sure what the actual problem was. Given that the 2022 models have had some well-known issues—like the lifter failures and the transmission control valve body recall—I expected a more straightforward explanation of what was going on with mine. When I was told parts were back-ordered and I might be without my truck for a month, I was honestly shocked that a loaner wasn't even an option. Even though it ended up being just over two weeks, that’s a long time to be stuck without a vehicle. The rental offer was the biggest disappointment, though. Offering $30 a day for only three days just isn't realistic. It’s May in Alaska. We all know that with the summer season starting, you can’t rent anything in Anchorage for $30 a day, let alone something that handles like a Suburban. Expecting a long-term, loyal customer to pay out of pocket for transportation while a two-year-old truck is in for warranty work doesn’t feel right. I’ve stuck with Chevy for 23 years because I value the brand, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’d like to see what you can do to make this right. I’m hoping we can get this sorted out so I can feel good about bringing my vehicle back to you guys in the future.

Great service, fast, and good value for what I got.

Easy and seamless service visit. Oil change and tire rotation while I waited. My service advisor was excellent. BTW… now that you have added Tyler to your service advisor staff, I anticipate even better service.

Washer pump was out of service, they went through warranty service and put in a new one. Great job.
