The service department did great, however I was not happy with the extended warranty on my 2021 Tahoe Z71. The rear brake sensors are bad which are in the rear brake pads (?!). The warranty would not stand behind the faulty pad (sensor issue) for replacement. Your warrant left me wanting to say the least.

Dean and the service crew were great. I called during the week to schedule an oil change on Saturday (thank you for being open on Saturdays for working stiffs like me), and got an appointment for that weekend.There were no delays, and the service took about as long as I thought it would. The coffee in the showroom was even still hot. Very satisfied with the service I received.

My sales representative was great but I didn't make the price point I wanted, however I wanted to stay local. The mychevrolet app has been very difficult for me to sign up for. I'm still not signed up for it. A trailer brake is to be installed on Monday, so I will see if your service department matches the expectations given to me by your sales representative.
