The service department got our car in early, so my wife didn't have to wait in the parking lot until the appointment time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be considered a negative was the mechanic who actually performed the work. He told my wife to bring in the car when an indicator light goes on, but he then went into a convoluted explanation about synthetic oils that she couldn't follow, and she's knowledgeable about cars. So it wasn't really a negative experience, she just didn't completely understand what he was talking about. Its nothing that will make us use someone else in the future, nor did it cause stress or anxiety. It was just confusing. Great job overall!
