It took over a week and three phone calls and leaving messages to finally get an appointment. It also took a couple weeks to get it to get my oil changed. The service did a great job. That part of A+, but it was very frustrating trying to make an appointment and then when I was finally called back the first available appointment was more than two weeks away which seems excessive. There didn���t seem to be very many people working and those that were seems over extended with responsibility. Hire more employees!!
