Dean and the rest of the service staff are always great. However, it took me almost 3 days of calling before I was able to schedule my appointment. Each time I was transferred to the service department, nobody ever answered the phone. I tried to schedule my service online HOWEVER the Traverse is not a model option. And I tried to schedule via chat but nobody ever got back to me. So, where the service is great, getting scheduled is definitely not great.
