Dean went out of his way to fit me in on a Saturday without an appointment because I had left messages and texted with someone through the Chevy website and the information hadn’t reached him. He also recommended I get some work done before the warranty on it was over (which was only 5 days after my oil change). The Lithia dealer in Anchorage had told me that my indicator light was on because I needed a transmission flush, but it was an issue with the solenoid.
The issue with my truck was a frustrating one, however the team at Wasilla Chevrolet was exceptional. Anthony kept me up to date and the service technician worked hard to figure out the problem. Wasilla Chevrolet will always have my business.
