As with many corporations it seems to me the local end of the business is being left hang out to dry by the corporate offices and a never ending compliance to bleed out another good American company for the sake of your quarterly return. These guys have an outdated shop that cannot perform the tasks you list available online for a maintenance service lube. They also don’t have the crew size for it, probably, because you guys don’t pay enough for technicians. You see, despite the amount of automation, the fancy looking car, the commercial, you among many companies in the us have sold your soul for the mighty dollar. Now, I’m a proud Chevy/Gm owner, and that’s because you guys really do make the best trucks but I think as a customer it’s important you give your staff everything they need to match the quality of your product. I urge as a customer, an American, please take care of your team.
Brought up 2018 Tahoe with common software glitch which wasn’t solved within a day. Got charged for research as “we cannot work for free”. Really? Why I don’t charge my customers if I cannot resolve their problems? That’s what professionals are for. If I brought my vehicle to dealership, I expect some kind of professionalism, not hearing stupid excuses. Definitely not happy.

Truck was in and out in 30 minutes. Scheduling the appointment was a little frustrating (I thought I had scheduled an appointment online, but that apparently is just a request for an appointment, not an actual appointment.)
