I was very happy that Dean got me in for oil change/lube job at the last second - Because I have to travel from Talkeetna (over an hour away) - Dean has awesome customer service and is always friendly & fun to speak with (not to mention also getting the job done as well!
Service department was OK but not happy with the sales department. They sold us warranties that we are finding out are useless and after we signed our contract our salesman couldn’t be found for quite awhile and didn’t go over points about the car (like he said he would). We were told that Lithia dealerships are nationwide and this is not true! They are primarily on the West coast. Lots of loopholes in their warranty coverage.

On drugs when i bought the car, it did not matter to you,,,you needed the sale that day, If I wrote down on paper I was on drugs why did you not say lets try this tomorrow, The car, that I SHOOK hands on the day before Was the car I study on line for weeks, not the one I have now, AND that I can not look at. Now lets talk service! I brought this thing into have my first service,, After telling your service department my story about my 25 year old Chevy I bought new and had the dealership change the oil before it left the lot, and then at 500 miles Changed EVERY fluid in the truck, all you did is an oil change,,,Is this is what is due to me from corporate, I do not care that it only had 1300 miles, I wanted and deserve it all!
